3 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil, a bunch of Sage leaves, 1 onion, 3 cloves of Garlic, 1 can of tomatoes. Preparation wash your sage leaves and add to the blender. Peel your garlic cloves and add to the blender. Peel and roughly chop your onion then add to the blender. Open your tin of tomatoes and add to the blender. Add your table spoons of oil and then blend everything into a smooth sauce consistency. Pour the sauce into a clean saucepan and cook for 5 minutes under medium heat then add your cooked pasta. Stir well and serve with your choice of meat. Note you can garnish the pasta with cheese or eat it without the cheese.
