First time mums - breast feeding

I started breast feeding from the first day I had my baby. I kept trying her with it until she got the hang of it. She was able to latch on eventually and the milk started coming more. I used both bottle milk and breast milk even when I was in the hospital to make sure that she was getting enough food. You get the milk for free and they are normally ready made to the temperature that is suitable for babies with bottle tits already. You would need baby bottles and steriliser when you get home plus formula milk too. It is advisable that you drink plenty of water and eat regular healthy food when you are breast feeding to produce good quantity and quality of milk for your baby. Avoid drinking too much citrus fruit juices as it will cause your baby to have diahoeria. I experience this with my first baby.
