Bolognese sauces
1 Onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of coriander, 1 can of tomatoes. Preparation. Wash your coriander and add to the blender. Peel your garlic cloves and add to the blender. Peel and roughly chop your onion then add to the blender. Open your can of tomatoes and add to the blender. Then blend everything to a smooth consistency. Once smooth add to your cooked mince meat and mix throughly. Leave to cook for 10 minutes under low heat. Then serve your bolognese once you have cooked your spaghetti. Note you can garnish your bolognese with cheese or eat it without. You can make a variety of bolognese sauce with tomatoes always being the base ingredient.
