One pot chicken curry

Ingredients 1 kilogram of chicken breast. 75 millilitres of white vinegar. 500 millilitres of water. 1/2a tablespoon of salt. 1/2 a tablespoon of black Peper. 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger. 1 stalk of spring onions chopped. 6 pimento berries. 2 medium carrots chopped. 225 grams of all purpose flour. 450grams of Irish potatoes chopped. 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. 2 tablespoons of dunns river mild Caribbean curry powder. 1 litre of boiling water. 1 pack of grace cock flavour soup mix PREPARATION 1 cut chicken into bite size pieces and wash with white vinegar and water. 2 drain well and season with salt and black pepper. 3 crush ginger, chop spring onions, peel and slice carrots and Irish potatoes and set aside. 4 combine flour with enough water to make a smooth dough and leave to relax. 5 heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan and add curry powder, crushed ginger, chopped spring onion, pimento berries and the seasoned chicken and mix well. 6add boiling water, carrots, Irish potatoes and log shaped dumplings made with from the dough. 7 add grace cock flavour soup mix. Stir well, cover and allow to simmer for 40 minutes. 8 stir occasionally until cooked. Garnish with coriander. Enjoy.
