Nyama choma served with kachumbari. Ingredients1/2 a kilo of beef or any meat of your choice. Chicken pieces, Chili peppers. 1 onion 2 fresh tomatoes. Salt to taste. Blend chilli with oil and salt, garlic. Marinade the chicken and meat with it after washing them first. Leave to marinade for half an hour. Barbecue it or put it in the oven for those who do not have a barbecue. Let it cook well till all the blood has dried up. Chop your onion into rings, chop your tomatoes the same shape. Chop same chili and sweet peppers too and garnish with salt. Serve it together and enjoy.
